CIRCLE
A space for women to come together, sit, and be real
Live on First Monday of Every Month
7.30pm London · 8.30pm South Africa
2.30pm New York · 11.30 am Los Angeles
Nothing to prepare. Nothing to prove. Just come and sit with us.
There’s a lot of noise in the world right now.
A lot of advice.
A lot of fixing.
A lot of people telling you who to be and how to heal.
This isn’t that.
This is simply a space where women come together and sit in a circle.
No pressure.
No performance.
No one trying to change you.
Just real conversation.
And real listening.
Live online, the first Monday of every month
7.30pm UK time
WHAT A CIRCLE ACTUALLY IS…
A circle isn’t something you need to learn.
It’s something we’ve always known.
It’s called a circle because:
no one is at the front
no one is above
no one is leading
We sit as equals.
You don’t come here to be fixed.
And you don’t come here to fix anyone else.
You come to:
speak honestly
listen deeply
and begin to notice yourself in a different way
We don’t interrupt.
We don’t advise.
We don’t rescue.
We don’t project our stories onto others.
You are responsible for your own experience here.
And in that…
something shifts.
Spaces like this are rare — where you can express yourself fully, without being interrupted or fixed.
A few words from me
Hi, I’m Laura Ireland.
Founder of Sacred Sister.
For over 30 years, I’ve worked in wellbeing — supporting women through therapy, holistic health, as an ordained interfiath minister and through the creation of spaces where they can reconnect with themselves, each other and nature.
And over that time, I kept seeing the same thing.
Women who looked strong, capable, and like they had it all together…
but underneath felt disconnected from who they really were.
Women who had spent years caring for everyone else,
while quietly losing themselves.
I know that place too.
And what I came to realise is this:
Most women are not struggling because they are broken.
They are struggling because they’ve been living from stories
they learned about themselves a long time ago.
And I want to be really honest about how I see this work now.
I don’t see myself as someone who holds space, you cannot “hold” space, it is just that, space!
And I don’t believe I can create safety for you, because it might not always feel safe when we do this work. But I do teach you how to cultivate safety and trust in yourself and your body.
What I can do in circle… is create a sacred space where you can experience yourself, in the presence of other women.
A space where you can speak,
and no one interrupts you,
no one advises you,
no one tells you how it is, or what you should feel or do!
And in that…
you begin to hear yourself more clearly.
This is about remembering something many of us have lost.
The power of using your voice.
The power of being witnessed without being fixed.
The power of sitting alongside other women, without comparison or competition.
These are not new practices.
They are ways of being that women have known for generations.
We are simply remembering them again.
And beginning to make spaces like this… normal, in everyday life.
IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN BEFORE
If you’ve never experienced a circle before…
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to know what to say.
You don’t need to have anything figured out.
And yes it an be scary, after all many of us carry the wounds of our connections with other women.
But you are encouraged to just come.
To listen, if you feel ready, you speak, share, bring your voice.
We do this in smaller groups, so that it does not feel overwhelming, and you get to truly experience what it feels like to be heard.
I can promise you, this small moment, will change your life.
This is a free monthly online circle.
Open to any woman who feels the call to come and sit with others in this way.
If it resonates with you, you’re welcome.

Being part of Sacred Sister helped me see myself in a completely new way. I realised how much of my life I had spent trying to be who others needed me to be.
— Sarah
-
This work helped me reconnect with parts of myself I had forgotten. I feel calmer, clearer and more confident in who I am.
— Emma
-
The circles and teachings have been life-changing. For the first time in years I feel like I’m living from my truth instead of trying to please everyone else.
