The Homecoming is not built around performers and spectators.

We create the village together.

Each year, women arrive carrying medicine of many different kinds — through workshops, stories, song, movement, healing, listening, practical support, creativity, kindness and care.

This page is an invitation for those who feel called to actively weave themselves into the gathering.

Whether you are a facilitator, healer, therapist, volunteer, creative, space holder or simply someone who deeply believes in the power of women gathering together… we would love to hear from you.

Volunteers & Village Crew

It takes a village to create a gathering like this.

We are calling in women who would love to support the weaving of the space through practical help, warmth, care and presence.

Volunteering may include:

  • welcoming women on arrival

  • helping in the kitchen

  • tending fires

  • supporting workshops

  • stewarding spaces

  • helping with set-up and pack-down

  • keeping the village flowing smoothly

  • creating moments of connection and care

This is a beautiful way to experience the gathering more deeply, connect with the team and become part of the heartbeat of the village itself.

The Homecoming is a deeply relational gathering.

We are not seeking polished performers or perfectly curated offerings.

We are seeking women who:

  • genuinely care about community

  • understand the importance of safer spaces

  • are willing to work collaboratively

  • value inclusion and shared responsibility

  • feel aligned with the ethos of Sacred Sister

Above all, we ask that everyone involved helps us co-create a gathering rooted in honesty, humanity, connection and care.
