Thank you for being here.
I don’t believe in accidents. If you’ve landed on this page, something in you already knows.
I’m going to be honest.
I’m tired and I know a part of you is too.
Tired of feeling helpless.
Tired of watching the world feel like it’s unravelling.
Tired of carrying it quietly and pretending I’m fine.
And more than that… I don’t want to do this alone anymore.
Something in me aches when I look at what’s happening around us. In our communities. In our homes. In the wider world.
I know I cannot change it by myself.
But I believe — deeply — that together, we can shift something.
This International Women’s Day — Sunday 8th March — I am inviting you to gather with me.
Not to attend something polished.
Not to sit and consume.
But to gather.
I will be in Weston-super-Mare, in my hometown, and I am calling in at least 100 women to sit with me, to be together and to know the power of connection.
And at the very same time, women across the world will be gathering in living rooms, on beaches, in studios, in woodland clearings, in whatever space they have.
No stage.
No performance.
Just women choosing to come together.
Because when we gather in truth and solidarity, something ancient wakes up.
We remember who we are.
We remember that we have always met times like this by sitting side by side. By listening. By singing. By strengthening the thread between us.
We feel what is happening in the world — in our bodies, in our nervous systems, in our conversations.
So many women are carrying grief, anger, fear, exhaustion… and wondering how to respond without burning out.
This is our response.
We gather.
Not to fix everything.
But to stand together.
To raise our frequency.
To take sacred action in the simplest and most powerful way we know how.
Together.
So I am asking you gently… and bravely…

A Global Moment — And Why It Matters
Over twenty years ago, I first heard the words heart coherence.
I didn’t fully understand it at the time — but I felt it.
Since then, I’ve sat in countless circles. Small ones. Large ones. Global synchronised meditations where thousands of us breathed at the same moment.
And something happens.
This isn’t wishful thinking.
It isn’t spiritual woo woo fantasy.
It’s science.
When we enter heart coherence — when breath, emotion and intention align — the electromagnetic field of the heart becomes ordered. Measurable. Coherent.
And when groups of people enter that state together, the field expands.
It influences nervous systems.
It influences environments.
It influences the collective field.
Our energy is not seperate from the world.
It shapes it.
At 4:44pm UK time, we will pause together — one coordinated global moment. Women across different countries and time zones will join at that same instant. We chose 4:44 because four symbolises foundation and steadiness. In a world that feels uncertain, we are intentionally anchoring something grounded and strong — and letting it ripple outward.
We will breathe together.
We will enter heart coherence together.
This is not just symbolic.
It is a coordinated energetic moment. A shared frequency.
And when hearts synchronise, something shifts.
After we sit in that coherence, we will rise and sing.
Not to perform or to be polished.
But to be heard.
So much of women’s power has been softened, hidden, or kept quiet.
On this day, we allow it to be visible.
We sing in solidarity.
We sing in remembrance.
We sing because our voices matter.
And this is why it matters.
Because women deserve to feel safe — in their bodies, in their homes, in their communities.
Because our voices are not decorative. They are directional.
Because equality and dignity are not abstract ideas — they are lived realities that begin in how we gather.
This is not about domination.
It is about devotion.
Devotion to life.
Devotion to balance.
Devotion to care and connection.
This is the shift.
And it begins in the heart.

A guided afternoon of connection, creativity, song and ceremony.
Shared Zoom ceremony with women across the world, Heart Coherence Meditation.
Sharing your voice, through song, a shared moment of solidarity, lead by our talented sister Ted Waters.
You will be welcomed into spaces of connection and grounding — music, laughter, creativity, nervous system regulation, and deep presence.
This is women meeting women — without hierarchy, fixing, or comparison. Held within our sacred agreement, a space of love & kindness.
Here we learn what it is to gather, to be together, where we get to remember what it is to trust again, and to know that together we can make a difference.
Gather Wherever You Are
This is not about attending another online event.
It is an invitation to remember the village.
Wherever you are in the world, you are invited to gather women in the way that feels most natural and true to you.
That might be:
Around a kitchen table
In a living room or garden
On a beach, in a woodland, or on the land
In a studio, community space, or village hall
On a slow walk together, side by side
There is no right way.
There is only your way.
You don’t need to be a facilitator.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need permission.
How It Works
By registering, you are not just joining an event.
You are becoming part of a global web of women, gathering locally and moving together as one.
On the day, women will be meeting:
In homes
In nature
In small circles
In larger community gatherings
Then, at a shared moment in the afternoon, we will come together on Zoom, wherever we are in the world, for a collective ceremony.
Many places.
Many gatherings.
One shared moment.
This is how movements begin.
We will sit in heart coherence together.
Every woman who registers for our online gathering will receive a Community Gathering Pack — a simple, soulful guide to help you host or co-create a circle wherever you are in the world.
Inside your pack you’ll find:
• A personal video welcome from Laura
• The intention and energetic anchor for the day
• Simple guidance for creating sacred space (without pressure or perfection)
• A gentle, optional rhythm you can follow for your gathering
• Heart-led conversation prompts
• Guidance around consent, care, and shared responsibility
• Details and access link for the global Zoom ceremony
• The words to the song we will sing together
• A recorded guided meditation you can use before or during your gathering
Nothing complicated.
Nothing performative.
Just real women, in real spaces, remembering the village
Not able to join us live on the day - You are still welcome.
One Voice Rising is not about attendance.
It is about intention, even if you are in the house with the kids, driving around, on a plane, at a party, you can take this moment to be in connection.
If you cannot be with us live, you can still connect.
You are welcome to stand with us in whatever way feels right for you.

A Note on Cost & Contribution
This is a not-for-profit event.
Once essential costs are covered, any remaining funds will go directly toward supporting community projects and charities aligned with the Sacred Sister mission.
As a Community Interest Company, we do need to cover practical costs in order to host events like this. However, we deeply believe that finances should never be the reason a woman feels she cannot gather.
