Dear Sisters, 

We are going back to our roots this summer  and I am inviting you to come and join us. 

4 years ago, as we came out of lockdown, and the world had been told we couldn't connect with each other, I decided to push the boundaries, and host the first Sacred Sister Gathering. After many years of creating magical festival spaces, and holding women through their journeys in life, I knew that if there was a simple space for women just to drop in and BE, then magic would truly happen. That year we called in 144 women, and it was so beautiful. Since then we have been through such a journey of evolution, with our retreats and gatherings, but something feels to me, that we are ready to go back to our roots.

I have made this decision to host the summer camp-out very last minute, because I am really feeling the deepening need of women to have these safer spaces to lean into, it is in our one weekend free for the whole summer, and I really want to spend it with you, for a day, a night, or for the full weekend, whatever works for you.

This means I also really need your help to spread the love, share the joy, invite your friends, share it on your socials, and if you can’t make this one out it in your diary for next year.

WHAT IS SUMMER CAMP-OUT?

This is our new and exciting annual event that allows you to be FREE, to be just as you are. Come join us in a field, for ceremony, dancing, cacao, healing, drumming, story telling, singing around the fire, yoga, cooking, connection, safer spaces, workshops, rest, rejuvenation, deep listening…..

You bring the program…….if you are looking for a space to turn up and be entertained this is not the space for you, we are a community, a team, we co-create our village for the weekend, and we allow the magic to unfold. Simplicity is the aim. Nothing commercial about us. We do not pay anyone to be in a field with us, we all meet as equals, we come by choice, because our heart calls us in.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE CAMP-OUT?

At our Summer Camp-Out, you'll find inviting spaces ready for you to offer workshops, talks, creative sessions, and dance. If you have a passion or hobby you'd love to share, bring it along. That may sound really scary, but trust in the process—it’s always magical. Many sisters have grown beautiful businesses, offerings, and communities from seeds planted at our gatherings. We can't wait to see what magic unfolds when we co-create together. If you are a seasoned workshop holder, this is a deep opportunity to be in service, to nourish your sisters, when we give, we receive and everyone benefits.

Our gathering is open to girls aged 10 and up, provided they can be self-sufficient and respect the quiet, deep work happening in some spaces. My daughter attended her first gathering at age 10, and it was a healing and magical experience for her. She came in her own right, allowing me to focus on my own journey. It's crucial that you, too, get what you need from the weekend. While we don't set up a specific program for the girls, we do create a bell tent maidens' space where grown-ups are only allowed by invitation, giving the girls a taste of autonomy and the joy of being together.

We also welcome babes in arms and breastfeeding toddlers, ensuring you can be with us. If you seek a safe space for a mum-and-daughter retreat, this is the place.

We're planning beautiful evenings of entertainment: Thursday features sacred songs around the fire, Friday showcases a bevy of female songstresses to celebrate and enjoy, Saturday brings our Cacao Ceremony and Disco Celebration with open mic, and Sunday offers rest and integration with a beautiful sound bath.

WHERE ARE WE GOING TO GATHER?

We are thrilled to gather on a stunning piece of private land near Westbury in Wiltshire close the the white horse, a really magical spot. Easily accessible by train, with ample space for parking, camping, and camper vans. You can even book a pre-erected bell tent. Our facilities are basic, with compost toilets and showers, and minimal power to run a small sound system. We encourage you to embrace this opportunity for a digital detox, fully connecting with your sisters and the beautiful nature surrounding you. Come and experience the magic of togetherness in this serene and enchanting setting.

This event will be self catered/community catered, usually our events are fully catered and vegan, but I want to be open minded to all of our dietary needs and choices in life, and ask that we are respectful of each others choices. We will set up a community kitchen, where it would be possible to pool ingredients and cook together and I ask that space to remain vegan.

In the flow as things arise I am suggesting we have a pot luck supper on Thursday, there may be pizzas Friday night, and cooking over the fire on Saturday night, this may carry a small extra charge, we will feast like queens, we always do, it is always special, nobody ever goes hungry, and we are women, we all love a moment to nurture with our culinary skills in the kitchen. That doesn’t mean we all have to be awesome chefs, cutting the veg with love, around a table of women, can be where the biggest shares happen, so bring your chopping board

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

Secure your spot now with our limited number of early bird donations! Once they're gone, the price will rise, so act quickly. Your commitment is vital for us to host this event - we've already made payments to secure the land, showers, power, and more. I know we all tend to wait until the last minute these days, but I urge you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible. At just £95, it's a bargain! Prices will increase to £125 and then £145, so take advantage of this offer now! Please also note, that nobody will be turned away on financial grounds, if you need to be with us, drop me an email, and we will find a way. Under 16’s are FREE, just book a maiden ticket so we know how many young sisters we are welcoming into the space.

CAN I COME FOR A DAY?

Absolutely! You're welcome to come for just the day, head home in the evenings, stay for a couple of days, or even decide to stay longer if it feels right for you. Day tickets are available for £45, a fantastic value for a day filled with creativity, yoga, dance, and song. While I can't specify exactly what to expect each day, I can assure you there will always be engaging activities and a warm community.

Each morning at 10 am, we gather by the fire to connect, so if you're coming for the day, please join us before then. This helps create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, making sure everyone feels part of our community. Remember, nobody is an outsider here, even if you come alone. We look forward to seeing you!

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME WITH US?

We really encourage you to make this the best weekend, invite your friends, bring along your neighbour, share it with the lady who serves you in the supermarket, women need this time, and it is always so much fun when you come with others.

If you are feeling like you might like to make it extra special you are welcome to book a bell tent with us, these spaces are beautiful, with air beds, rugs, tables, lanterns, your own little nest, or to share with a friend, or book a space in out bell tent hostel and get to know your other sisters.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

We are a clean and sober gathering—alcohol and drugs are not tolerated. We promise to bring the energy, the vibe, and the fun! If this is a new experience for you, you'll be amazed at how much enjoyment and connection you can find in this environment. Our feedback consistently highlights the incredible fun and deep bonds formed without any substances, just the presence of like-minded women. Should you need support, AA circles will be available to assist you. Come and experience the true magic of a substance-free celebration!

There is NO WAY to charge your phone, except your car, or the power bank you bring with you, with your booking you will receive an emergency contact number for sharing incase anyone from home needs to get hold of you and your phone is off.

We do not share pictures that include any other sister on social media without their consent, we take everyones privacy seriously, and respect yours too. There will not be a professional photographer, hence why this page is not full of exciting images from our previous events, this is also important to us, your journey, your process is sacred, and we want to keep it that way.

Forage/Find/Borrow/Purchase/Bring with you: a loo roll, bin bag, a log for the communal fire, cosy layers, sparkly disco goddess outfit to celebrate yourself in, water bottle, cosy blankets, a comfy seat if you need one, rug, yoga mat, tent (although we have some ready made tent options for you too), your best tea cup/mug, plate, bowl, cutlery, (we do not supply any utensils for eating, no disposables on site so please bring your own), non-alcoholic beverages, herbal tea bags to share at our tea station, snacks, pack your wellies (then it won’t rain!), your suncream, hat, bug spray to protect your soft skin from being bitten, towel, bedding, your teddy bear, favourite book, journal, a power supply to charge your own phone if you need to have it on, something for the altar and the living mandala. This is YOUR time, make it special, be comfy, bring what you need!!

You will be expected to take all your rubbish home with you, we do not provide bins.

CAN I TRADE AT YOUR CAMP-OUT?

We are not a commercial event, so you won't find market stalls here. However, if you are a maker or have unique items to share, feel free to bring them along. While we don't designate a specific space for selling, Sunday morning is often a great time to share your wares with others.

Additionally, we encourage you to empty your wardrobes and your kids' wardrobes of clothes, shoes, coats, books, and jewelry for our swap shop—just no household items, please! This swap shop is always a fun highlight, and it's wonderful to see your clothes get a new lease on life, bringing joy to another sister on site. Come and share in the spirit of giving and community!
