WELCOME SISTER TO

BLOOM

DAY ONE - RETURNING TO YOURSELF - THE ROOTS

Returning to Yourself

Welcome, beloved.

This is where your BLOOM journey begins — not with striving or fixing, but with softening.
With returning.

This is the space where you get to lay it all down — the pressure, the roles, the masks you’ve been wearing for far too long.
The space where you come back to the woman underneath it all.
The one who existed before the world told you who to be.

Today we root.
Not just into the Earth… but into you.

This is a reclamation.
Of your body.
Of your voice.
Of your right to matter — without having to earn it.

Whether you’re navigating midlife, menopause, or the ache of burnout,
what you’re feeling is not just personal —
it’s ancestral, systemic, and sacred.

So let today be the beginning of your return.
Back to your breath.
Back to your truth.
Back to your worth.

You are not broken.
You are blooming.
And it starts right here.

Watch the Replay: Rooting into Worth

Missed it live? Watch the full recording below. Let the words land in your body, not just your mind. You don’t need to take notes — just be present, bring along your journal for a moment of clarity.

Journal Prompts: Root Reflections

Part One: Before the Meditation

Opening the Root — Uncovering the Stories

Use these to gently begin reconnecting with the deeper layers of your self-worth story.

  1. Where did I first learn I needed to be “more” to be worthy?

  2. What parts of me have I buried to belong?

  3. What does it feel like when I imagine coming home to myself?

  4. What have I been taught about rest, softness, and slowing down?

  5. Where do I still feel guilty for putting myself first?

Listen: Guided Meditation for Rooting + Grounding

A 15-minute journey back to yourself. Listen with headphones somewhere quiet. Let the Earth hold you.

Journal Prompts: Root Reflections

Part Two: After the Meditation

Rooted Reflection — Deepening Into the Body’s Wisdom

After your meditation, let your body speak through your pen. Let it be raw, sacred, and honest.

  1. What sensations did I notice in my body during the meditation?

  2. What part of me felt most alive or most forgotten?

  3. What memories or emotions rose to the surface?

  4. If my womb or root could speak, what would she say?

  5. What do I need to feel rooted, safe, and worthy — without having to prove anything?

  6. What would change in my life if I fully believed: I am already enough?

Tools for the Journey

This is a journey of remembering — not just in mind, but in body, energy, and soul. These sacred tools support your grounding, your healing, and your reclamation. Use them with intention. Use them with reverence. Use them to root.

Crystals for Grounding & Protection

These stones support you in coming home to your body, anchoring into the Earth, and clearing inherited stories that don’t belong to you.

🖤 Black Obsidian
A mirror and a shield. Clears old energies and brings hidden patterns to light. Use it to cut cords with the past.

🖤 Black Tourmaline
Protective and grounding. Helps you feel safe, stable, and centred amidst emotional overwhelm or outer chaos.

⚫ Hematite
Restores balance, strengthens energetic boundaries, and reconnects you to your physical body.

🔴 Red Jasper
The blood stone. Nurtures strength, courage, and sacred feminine power. Connects you to womb wisdom and Earth energy.

Suggestion: Place Red Jasper at your womb space, Black Tourmaline at your feet, and Obsidian at the base of your spine during your meditation.

Essential Oils for Rooting & Reclaiming

Aromatherapy offers direct access to the nervous system. These oils help you come home to your body, calm the mind, and root into your truth.

🌿 Patchouli
Earthy, musky, grounding. Helps you feel fully present and safe in your body.

🌱 Vetiver
Slow, thick, deeply grounding. Supports sleep, nervous system regulation, and trauma recovery.

🌲 Arborvitae (Tree of Life)
Ancient and protective. Reminds you that you are part of something greater — rooted, not alone.

🌸 Magnolia
Feminine, soft, emotionally supportive. Encourages nervous system softness and deep, slow exhale.

Suggestion: Blend patchouli and vetiver in a carrier oil and anoint the soles of your feet, or place a drop on the base of your spine before journaling.

Sound for the Root Chakra

The Root Chakra (Muladhara) resonates with the sound LAM (pronounced lahm).

Sounding Practice:
Sit comfortably with your feet flat.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, chant:
LAAAAHHHHMMM
Feel the vibration in your pelvic bowl, your spine, your legs.
Repeat 3–7 times, slowly.

Additional Sound Tools:

Slow drumming or heartbeat rhythm tracks

Didgeridoo or low-frequency grounding tones

Ritual Suggestion: Root & Remember

Create a simple altar with:

  • A red cloth or scarf

  • One or more of the crystals above

  • A few drops of oil on a cotton pad or diffuser

  • A candle or earthy object (stone, feather, dried root, soil)

Sit. Breathe. Root.
This is not just a moment of self-care.
This is you reclaiming your worth, your rhythm, your truth.

Sound Medicine for the Root

A grounding, womb-led playlist to accompany your writing, movement, or rest. Let the rhythms soften your nervous system and bring you home.

Let it Land

You’ve begun something powerful. You’ve broken a pattern that may have lived in your lineage for generations. Honour that.

You are not behind.
You are not too late.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Tomorrow we RISE.
