PART ONE - WEAVING SACRED SPACE
THE INVITATION
Crossing the Threshold
Every sacred journey begins with an arrival.
This is the moment to pause, breathe, and remember what it feels like to be fully here.
You are the threshold — the bridge between the ordinary and the holy.
Welcome, sister.
You’ve arrived at the threshold — that tender space between what was and what’s yet to come.
This week is an invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to notice the shift that happens when you arrive fully.
Before we can create sacred space for others, we must first remember how to dwell in it ourselves.
Take your time here. Let presence be your practice.
STEP ONE – Watch: The Teaching
As you watch this session, let the words move through you rather than trying to hold them in your mind.
This isn’t about learning new information — it’s about remembering the wisdom that already lives in you.
Feel each phrase as if it’s being spoken directly into your heart.
You may want to keep your journal open beside you — sometimes a single sentence, image, or emotion will rise that wants to be remembered.
Step Two: Guided Meditation: Crossing the Threshold
Before you press play, take a breath.
Let this be your pause — your conscious crossing from the outside world into sacred space.Close your eyes, soften your jaw, and allow the sound to carry you across the threshold.
Step Three: Reflect: Journal Prompts & Companion Guide
These reflections are invitations to listen inwardly.
You don’t need to answer them with your mind — let your pen move from your body, your breath, your knowing.
Journal Prompts:
– What did I feel as I crossed the threshold?
– What am I leaving behind?
– What am I inviting in?
Step Four: Practice: Bringing It Into Life
Sacred space begins with how we show up in the everyday.
This week, create one small ritual that helps you remember your presence — it might be lighting a candle, taking three conscious breaths, or whispering “I am here” before you begin your day.
This week’s invitation:
Create a small altar — a candle, a leaf, a photo, or a simple stone.
Light your candle each morning and take three conscious breaths.
Whisper softly to yourself: I am here. I am present. I am sacred.
You’ve stepped across your first threshold.
Notice how your breath feels now, how your body holds you, how awareness changes everything.
There’s no rush — sacred space unfolds in its own time.
When you’re ready, we’ll meet again for Week Two, where we begin to build the bowl —
the container that holds the sacred.
Bonus Invitation — Treat Yourself to our Journal
When we begin to remember, words become medicine.
They help us weave understanding from emotion and find meaning within the messiness of healing.
The Sacred Sister Journal was created for this very moment —
to hold your reflections, dreams, tears, and truths as you walk this path home to yourself.
Each page is lined with love, adorned with gentle prompts and space to breathe.
Let it become your private sanctuary — a place to witness your becoming.
If you already have one, you might like to dedicate some of the pages to your Sacred Weavers journey.
