PART THREE - WEAVING SACRED SPACE
THE AGREEMENTS
Safety, Sovereignty & Sisterhood
The sacred lives in how we speak, listen, and honour one another.
These are the threads of trust that hold every circle.
Through shared agreements, we breathe love into our belonging.
Welcome, sister.
This week we enter the realm of agreements —
the threads that create clarity, trust, and deeper connection.
Here, we remember that true safety begins within,
in the way we stay with ourselves,
honour our truth,
and meet others from sovereignty, not sacrifice.
Take your time here.
Let honesty be your practice.
STEP ONE – Watch: The Teaching
As you watch this session, let yourself soften into the teachings rather than trying to take everything in with your mind.
This week isn’t about perfection — it’s about noticing your patterns, meeting your truth, and staying connected to yourself as we explore safety, sovereignty, and sisterhood.
Let the words land where they need to.
Let your body guide you.
Let your breath hold you.
Everything you need is already within you.
You may want to keep your journal open beside you — sometimes a single sentence, image, or emotion will rise that wants to be remembered.
Step Two: Guided Meditation: The Thread of Truth
Before you press play, take a slow breath and feel the ground beneath you.
This is a moment to come home to yourself — to your centre, your breath, your truth. This meditation is a gentle, trauma-informed journey into the thread of your inner knowing.
You don’t need to force anything.
Just soften, listen, and let your body guide the way.
Step Three: Reflect: Journal Prompts & Companion Guide
Use these prompts to explore what this week reveals for you.
Let them be invitations, not instructions.
• Where do I stay quiet to keep the peace?
• Where do I abandon myself to stay connected?
• What does safety feel like in my body — and what takes me away from it?
• What agreements do I need with myself?
• What agreements would support me in my relationships?
• What part of me rises when I feel activated or judged?
• What helps me return to my centre?
Write gently.
Feel as you go.
Your truth will show you where it wants to be met.
Step Four: Practice: Bringing It Into Life
This week, choose one agreement with yourself and one agreement with another that you want to honour.
Keep them simple:
“I pause before I respond.”
“I speak my truth softly and clearly.”
“I take responsibility for my emotions.”
“I stay connected to my breath.”
“I ask for clarity when I need it.”
Pair this with a daily grounding ritual —
a hand on your heart,
three slow breaths,
a whisper of I am here.
Let these practices strengthen your inner safety,
so your outer connections can soften and deepen.
You are learning to stay with yourself while staying with others —
the most powerful agreement of all.
If You Feel the Call to Go Deeper…
As you move through this journey, you may start to feel a quiet pull.
A whisper that says:
“I want to support women in this way.”
“I want to create these containers in my own community.”
“I think this is part of my purpose.”
If that whisper is rising in you, know this:
There is a deeper path.
The Sacred Sister 6-Month Facilitator Training opens once a year for women who feel ready to:
• embody sovereignty
• create trauma-informed containers
• honour the feminine lineage
• lead from presence, not performance
• hold sacred spaces with integrity and deep listening
You don’t need to decide now — just let the possibility land in your body.
For some of you… this journey is only the beginning.
