I created The Sacred Harvest because I believe there is something deeply healing in remembering that we are part of nature too.
We are not meant to be in bloom all year long.
We are not meant to keep pushing when our bodies are asking us to pause.
And we are not meant to move endlessly from one thing to the next without ever stopping to notice what has grown.
These seasonal journeys are an invitation to come back into rhythm.
To listen more closely.
To trust yourself more deeply.
And to remember that your inner wisdom is still there beneath all the noise.
You do not need to do this perfectly. You do not need to have the right words.You do not need to be “good” at ritual.
