FOR WOMEN WHO FEEL THE CALL TO COME HOME

THE SANCTUARY

The Sacred Path Back to Yourself

A gentle, powerful space for women who feel disconnected,
and are ready to reconnect with themselves, sisterhood, and life again.

If you’re here…
something in you already knows.

Women don’t come to The Sanctuary because everything is fine.

They come when something shifts.

When they feel lost.
Disconnected from themselves.
Tired of holding everything together.

When life feels heavy…
and they know something needs to change —
but they don’t know where to begin.

And maybe that’s where you are right now.

Not broken.
Not failing.

Just ready for something different.

Not more doing.
Not more pressure.

But more connection.
More truth.
More you.

This isn’t you falling apart.

This is you being called back to yourself.

There is nothing wrong with you.

What you’re feeling isn’t failure.
It isn’t weakness.
And it isn’t something you need to fix.

It’s what happens when a woman has spent years
giving, holding, carrying…
being who she needed to be for everyone else.

And then something deeper begins to rise.

A quiet voice that says:
there’s more than this.

This isn’t something to push down
or try to “get back from.”

This is a threshold.

A moment where life is asking you to slow down,
to listen…
and to return to yourself.

And this is where it becomes hard.

Because we’ve been taught to do this alone.

But this kind of return…
was never meant to be walked alone.

  • “I came to The Sanctuary at a time when I felt lost, disconnected, and not truly taking care of myself. I was craving connection — to myself and to others. Since being here, I’ve found a deep sense of peace and a knowing that I’m on the right path. I feel connected to like-minded women, and for the first time in a long time, I feel whole again.”

  • I joined The Sanctuary after coming through a really dark and stressful period in my life. I was craving peace, calm, and connection, and as someone deeply spiritual, I missed being part of a circle and community. Since being here, I feel like I am slowly reconnecting with myself again. I’m allowing things to unfold at my own pace, taking the time to process and integrate what I’m experiencing. Even though I dip in and out around my daily life, I feel a quiet, invisible support around me. There is a growing sense of calm and grounding that is beginning to return.

  • Since being a part of The Sanctuary the biggest shifts have happened within me. I feel a deeper sense of peace, contentment, and confidence, along with a greater ability to question myself and revisit those reflections when life calls for it. My relationships — especially with my mum, husband, and children — have deepened, and I’ve become more aware of who truly aligns with me. I now honour my time and energy in a way I never did before, choosing to invest it in those who meet me with the same level of presence and accountability.

  • I came to The Sanctuary during a midlife transition, where I no longer recognised my old self or the patterns I had been living in. I was searching for deeper connection and a sense of community. Not long after joining, my life was thrown into chaos, and The Sanctuary became a true lifeline. It held me through moments where I felt like I was drowning. Even though I’ve spent much of the year outside the UK, it has given me the connection I was longing for. I no longer feel alone — I feel supported, held, and part of something steady during a time of uncertainty.

This is why The Sanctuary exists.

Not as another thing to do.
Not as another place to perform.
Not as something you need to “get right.”

But as a space to return.

A space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Where you don’t need to have the answers.
Where you can meet yourself exactly where you are.

Because this isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you are
and being supported as you do.

And inside The Sanctuary, that happens through three simple, powerful shifts:

Awareness
Gently seeing what’s really going on beneath the surface.
The patterns, the stories, the ways you’ve learned to survive.

Healing
Creating space to feel, process, and release what you’ve been holding.
Without pressure. Without rushing.

Embodiment
Living it.
Making different choices.
Feeling more like yourself again — in your body, your relationships, your life.

This is the work.

Not overwhelming.
Not complicated.

Just a steady return to yourself…
with the support of women walking beside you.

Inside The Sanctuary, you are held in a living rhythm of connection

This isn’t something you have to keep up with.
It’s something you can drop into, again and again.

Choose your way in on the next page

And if something in you is hesitating… that’s okay

For many women, it’s not about whether they want this.

It’s about whether they’re allowed to choose it.

To choose themselves.
To take up space in their own lives again.

Because somewhere along the way,
we learned to put ourselves last.

So even when something feels right…
there can be a pause.

Not because it’s wrong —
but because it matters.

But what if this is the moment
you choose differently?

Not from pressure.
Not from urgency.

But from a quiet knowing that…

you matter too.

This isn’t about adding more to your life.

It’s about creating space within it.

And you get to decide when that begins.

This isn’t something I created from the outside.
This is something I lived my way through.

Hi, I’m Laura,

And I’ve been right where you are.

It didn’t always look like that from the outside.

I’ve spent sleepless nights wondering who I am — through being a single mum, a busy career woman, moving through menopause, and moments where I just couldn’t figure myself out at all. In those quieter moments, I would fall back into old stories… that I was too much, or not enough, that I didn’t fit in, that I wasn’t seen or heard.

On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. But inside, I was holding so much. Trying to be everything for everyone… and slowly losing myself in the process. The truth is, I didn’t even really know who I was anymore. I’d become all the roles — mum, business owner, the one who holds it all — and somewhere along the way, I disappeared.

What helped me come back wasn’t another thing to fix myself. It was creating a way to return to myself each day. A rhythm. A ritual. Not something to tick off a list, but moments where I could sit and actually listen — to my own guidance, my own knowing. I stopped searching outside of myself, and slowly began to lean back in.

And I’ll be honest… there were times I didn’t like myself, and times I didn’t feel safe with other women either. But I also knew that the only way to heal that was in relationship — in spaces where I could begin to feel seen, heard, and accepted as I was.

That’s why I created this space.

Not as something to sell, but as somewhere women can come home to themselves, and to each other. A place where you don’t have to perform, or have it all figured out… where you can reconnect to your own rhythm, your own truth, in your own way.

I don’t get it right all the time. But I do know this — every single day, I have women around me who see me, support me, and reflect me back to myself. Women who have my back. And even if we’ve never met in person… we know each other’s hearts.

And that is something I will never take for granted.

We’ve got you, sister.

  • A true sisterhood of love and support. All of our stories are welcomed with no judgement or shame.

    —Michelle

  • Feels like I've finally found what I seem to have been searching for, for the longest time!

    —Angelique

  • Secure circle of sisterhood support, encouragment and love.

    — Canie

  • I feel seen. I don’t have to explain or justify myself. I feel I can be me, I have found my tribe!

    — Kirsty

  • I don't feel rushed, but I know the answers are there if I dive in through the courses and rituals.

    — Susan

  • I've always been cautious about joining groups - especially of women - this space has held me gently, without pressure, whilst I grow, continue healing & become more me than I have ever felt!

    — Debbie

If something in you is recognising this…
you don’t need to overthink it.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to be “ready”.
You don’t need to become a different version of yourself first.

You’re allowed to choose yourself exactly as you are.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to who you’ve always been.

And you don’t have to do that alone.

You can keep doing it the way you’ve always done it…
holding everything, figuring it out on your own.

Or you can step into something different.

A space where you are met.
Where you are supported.
Where you are reminded of who you are.

If you’re feeling the pull…
that’s enough.

We’ll be here when you’re ready.
