We keep things simple, clear, and respectful —
for you, for the land, and for the gathering as a whole.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

Tickets & Payments

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Tickets may be transferred to another woman if you can no longer attend

  • Full payment must be completed at the time of booking (or via Klarna/PayPal plans)

Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing during the gathering

  • Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or support needs in advance

  • You agree to take care of yourself, others, and the land throughout the event

The Gathering Space

  • This is an alcohol and substance-free gathering

  • We ask all participants to respect the shared space, each other, and the land

  • Participation is always by choice — nothing is compulsory

Safety, Consent & Confidentiality

We are committed to creating a space of care, respect, and personal responsibility.

  • Participation in all spaces is by choice

  • We ask all women to honour their own boundaries, and the boundaries of others

  • What is shared within circles and spaces is treated with respect and confidentiality

This gathering is built on shared responsibility.
Each woman is invited to care for herself,
while also contributing to the wellbeing of the wider space.

Who This Gathering Is For

Sacred Sister Summer Gathering is a space for women.

We recognise that identity is personal and nuanced,
and we ask that anyone unsure whether this space is right for them
reaches out to us before booking.

We hold this space with care for the intention of women gathering together,
and we ask all attendees to respect this.

Safety & Liability

  • Sacred Sister CIC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the event

  • You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your personal belongings

Changes & Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the gathering needs to be cancelled or rescheduled,
you will be offered a transfer or refund, minus any admin costs.

Photography & Media

  • Photos or videos may be taken during the gathering

  • If you do not wish to be included, please let us know
