HOMECOMING

Where Sisterhood Is the Medicine

WHEN WE MEET

Thursday 30th July to Monday 3rd August

We gather over Lammas. The time of the first harvest.

A sacred turning point in the wheel of the year, where for centuries women would have gathered to celebrate the harvest, to share stories, wisdom, food, music and life together.

A time to remember what it is to simply be women together again.

This gathering unfolds slowly over five days and four nights near Avalon Glastonbury, on the leyline to the Tor. We do not give out the address of our gathering until you commmit to your space. We do this in the hope that we can create a safety in our field, away from the world, where we get to fully land and to be the fullest expression of ourselves.

You are welcome to attend in the way that feels right for you. Some women come for the full journey.
Others arrive for a few days, in time for our opening ceremony on Friday at 4pm. They stay till we close in ceremony at 4pm on Sunday, and some stay to integrate fully together for one more night. This is a special evening of song held by the glorious Tallulah Rendell.

This is your experience to shape. There is no pressure to do everything. There is no performance here, no expectation, only an invitation to arrive, just as you are.

“I don’t think you’ll ever fully know how much this weekend gave me.

From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of being welcomed exactly as I was — no expectations, no pressure, just a quiet acceptance that allowed me to soften in a way I hadn’t realised I needed.

The connection between women, the conversations, the space to be seen and heard… it changed something in me.

I came away feeling like I had expanded — like I had met a version of myself I’d been missing for a long time.

It wasn’t just a weekend.
It was something that continues to ripple through me even now.”

What Makes Sacred Sister Different

Sisterhood over spectacle

We do not gather around headline acts. Although we have many amazing women creating our spaces, hosting our areas, sharing their wisdom and knowledge. But what makes us different is we come together in equality, around a shared intention, to share time in Sisterhood.

The power of this space is not in status or visibility…
but in the collective field that forms when women come together with open hearts.

Simplicity with depth

This is not about overcomplication.

It is about creating beautiful, intentional spaces
where you can soften, listen, connect…

and remember.

A living experience, not just a line-up

This is not something to watch or move between.

It is something you feel yourself inside of.

The gathering unfolds through sacred spaces,
through village energy,
through embodied practice,
through conversation, music, nourishment, and time on the land.

Nourishment as part of the experience

All meals are prepared within the gathering, by our beautiful sister Mela and her team. From Thursday evening through to Monday morning.

This allows you to arrive and truly settle.

To soften.
To be nourished.
To be taken care of.

Food becomes part of the rhythm of the gathering…

shared, simple,
and made with care.

You are welcome to bring your own food
if that feels right for you.

We simply ask that you arrive with everything you need,
as there are no facilities for storage, refrigeration, or cooking on site.

Rooted in our pillars

Everything is woven through the Sacred Sister pillars of:

Awareness — seeing clearly, listening deeply, remembering what is true
Healing — tending the wounds, softening the armour, returning to wholeness
Embodiment — living the wisdom, trusting the body, anchoring change into everyday life

Come as you are

There is no pedestal here.
No perfect way to show up.

Only the invitation to arrive honestly…

and let the space meet you there.

This is not something to understand from the outside.

It is something you feel, in the way you are welcomed as you arrive.

Who This Is For

This gathering is for women of all ages and stages of life.

The maidens — our younger generation, to sit amongst us, is so very special indeed. We ask that your young lady is of menarche age, though if she is younger and you feel she would truly benefit from the space, please do drop us an email.

The mothers — those who have birthed children, those who mother others, those who nurture through friendship, care, community and presence. We are all nurturers in our own way.

The queen-agers — those of us traversing the tender threshold of the menopausal transition, shedding old skins and remembering new wisdom.

The elders — the wisdom carriers, the women who walk amongst us often unseen, yet whose presence and stories are medicine. Our elders are honoured here and held within their own village space to gather, rest and share with us all.

The witches, the healers, the earth whisperers — those to whom nature is the timekeeper, the moon a guide, and the land a teacher.

The warriors — those who have journeyed through the fires of life and are tired of fighting alone.

The wild ones — who dance barefoot around the fire, laugh the loudest, cry the hardest, and remind us that freedom is still possible.

The quiet ones — those who take their time, who sit at the edges before slowly stepping in.

The neurodiverse sisters — we are a beautifully diverse rainbow spectrum here, and all of you is welcome.

The women remembering themselves again — perhaps, in truth, that is all of us.

This space welcomes women from many walks of life, cultures, identities, beliefs and lived experiences.

We do not mind who you love.
How you dress.
What path you walk.
Whether you arrive alone or with sisters beside you.

All we ask is that you are, or have been, a womb bearer.

You do not need to arrive more healed.
More spiritual.
More confident.
More certain of who you are.

You are welcome in the middle of it all.

If you are longing for deeper connection…
If you are tired of surface-level living…
If you are craving honesty, belonging, rest, laughter, nature, conversation, music, firelight and real community…

Perhaps this is your invitation home.

What You’ll Step Into

Inside the gathering, you will be held within a rich and intentional experience…one that unfolds through moments such as:

  • sacred opening and closing ceremonies

  • women’s circles and village connection

  • spaces for rest, reflection, and deep conversation

  • embodied practices and workshops rooted in healing and awareness

  • music, voice, prayer, creativity, and celebration

  • nourishing food and time on the land

  • connection to nature, fire, beauty…and the simple power of being together

  • opportunities for personal insight, collective healing, and soul remembering

This is not about filling every moment.

It is about creating a rhythm
spacious enough for depth to unfold.

The Village

The gathering unfolds across a number of interwoven spaces…

From the Hearth — where food and connection are shared,
to the fire — where we gather in circle,
to quieter spaces for rest, healing, and reflection.

You will find your way through the village
not by a map…

but by what calls you.

Come Together - The Invitation

This gathering grows through women sharing it with each other.

Not through adverts or algorithms…
but through real connection.

You are always welcome to come on your own.

Many women do.

But there is something special about a woman turning to another and saying…

“Do you want to come?”

A friend.
A sister.
A woman you know needs this.

Your yoga class.
Your community.
The women you meet each day.

In a world where we’ve forgotten how to gather…

this is how we begin again.

We cannot wait to welcome you to our field,

Where woman gather, and magic happens.
