Spring Equinox — The Threshold of Becoming

There is a moment in the year where everything pauses…

Not in stillness like winter.
Not in full bloom like summer.

But in a quiet, almost imperceptible shift.

The Spring Equinox.

The day where light and dark stand as equals.
Where the earth takes a breath…
and begins to turn toward the light once more.

And if you slow down enough…

You can feel it.

The Old Ways Remembered

Long before we lived by calendars and clocks, we lived by the land.

And this moment — the Spring Equinox — was sacred.

Known as Ostara, it marked the return of life.
The warming of the soil.
The beginning of the growing season.

Seeds were planted with intention.
Eggs symbolised potential.
Fires were lit to welcome the returning sun.

This wasn’t just a celebration of nature.

It was a remembering…

That no matter how long the winter…
life always returns.

You Are Not Separate From This

Somewhere along the way, we forgot.

We began to observe the seasons instead of recognising…

We are the seasons.

Right now, you might be noticing:

A pull to open the windows
A desire to clear things out
New ideas beginning to form
A quiet restlessness…
A sense that something is shifting

This is not random.

This is your body remembering.

The Many Springs of Your Life

Spring does not come just once a year.

It comes again and again…

After heartbreak
After burnout
After endings
After long seasons of holding it all together

It is the moment where something inside of you whispers:

“I think I’m ready…”

Not fully bloomed.
Not certain.
But no longer in the dark.

And this is something I see so deeply in women moving through menopause and midlife.

Because this too… is a spring.

A shedding of who you have been.
A questioning of what no longer fits.
A quiet call toward something more true.

Not an ending…

But a beginning.

The In-Between Space

This year, there is something else in the air.

A sense of being between worlds.

Where the old ways don’t quite fit anymore…
but the new hasn’t fully arrived.

And this can feel uncomfortable.

Uncertain.
Unsettling.
Like you should have the answers… but don’t.

But what if this space isn’t something to rush through?

What if this is the threshold itself?

Because spring doesn’t force the bloom.

It doesn’t demand clarity.

It trusts the unfolding.

And perhaps… that is what is being asked of you too.

The Quiet Power of Ritual

In times like this, ritual becomes a way home.

Not something complicated.
Not something you need to get “right.”

But a moment where you choose to pause…
and meet yourself where you are.

To bring presence to your life.

And the truth is…

You don’t need someone else’s ritual.

You don’t need the perfect words.

You already feel what this moment is asking of you.

The question is…

Are you willing to listen?

Simple Ways to Honour the Equinox

You don’t need to do anything elaborate.

Here are a few gentle ways to mark this moment:

– Open your windows and let fresh air move through your space
– Light a candle at sunrise or sunset and sit in stillness
– Write down what you are ready to release… and what you are calling in
– Plant something — even if it’s just herbs on your windowsill
– Take a walk outside and notice what is beginning to bloom

Keep it simple.

Keep it real.

Keep it yours.

The Energy of Spring

If you feel drawn to working with physical anchors, you might notice yourself drawn to:

Soft greens, yellows, blush pinks
Fresh, living foods — greens, sprouts, herbs
Flowers like daffodils, tulips and blossom
Crystals such as rose quartz, green aventurine, citrine

And archetypes of:

The Maiden — curious, open, beginning again
Persephone — returning from the underworld
Ostara — the energy of renewal and creation

But these are not rules.

They are invitations.

Reclamation — Coming Home to Yourself

Because beneath all of this…

There is a deeper invitation.

To stop looking outside of yourself for the answers.

To stop outsourcing your wisdom.

To begin listening… to your body, your intuition, your own inner rhythm.

This is what Reclamation is about.

Not becoming someone new…

But remembering who you already are.

If you are feeling that quiet call…

You are invited to join the free Reclamation webinar.

A space to come back to yourself.
To your truth.
To your own inner knowing.

RECLAMATION

A Final Whisper

Place your hand on your heart for a moment…

And ask yourself gently:

What is beginning to emerge within me right now?

You don’t need to rush it.

You don’t need to force it.

Just be here…

At the beginning.

With love,
