What Not to Bring

This is a space held with care, simplicity, and respect for the land.

Alcohol or drugs
We gather in presence, not altered states.
If you feel you need these to relax, this may not be the right space for you.

Strictly no drugs or alcohol.

Late-night noise
After 10pm, we invite quiet in the main camp.
There will still be gentle spaces to gather without disturbing others.

Animals
We love animals, but this is their home.
Please don’t bring pets.
If you have specific needs, reach out — we’re open to conversation.

Young children
This gathering is a space for you to fully arrive.
We welcome babes in arms and self-sufficient maidens.
If you’re unsure, we trust your discernment — feel free to ask.

Uncontained food in camp

  • We are gathering on natural land,
and the experience is rooted in being close to nature.

This means the terrain can be uneven in places,
and movement between spaces involves walking across fields.

    We do have:

    • accessible toilets

    • hot showers

    • and spaces to rest throughout the site

We recognise that every woman’s needs are different,
and we are always open to a conversation.

but you will usually be able to find a spot if needed.

There are no general charging facilities available.

Our power comes from the sun,
so we are mindful of how it is used across the gathering.

    If your phone is essential,
we recommend bringing your own charging packs.

We will also provide an emergency contact number
that will be available throughout the weekend,

so you can relax into the space
knowing you can still be reached if needed.

If you can, we gently encourage you to arrive before the Opening Ceremony on Friday afternoon, and stay through to the Closing Circle on Sunday.

and being present for them allows you to fully experience the depth of the gathering.
